Students, faculty and staff, use your netid to log in to Transact eAccounts to check your balance and view transactions.

Add Spartan Cash

Cashnet allows you to add Spartan Cash simply when you go to the Quickly Add Spartan Cash form and enter your student PID number (found on your student ID card) and first and last name. Parents, guardians, family and friends can add cash once you have shared your PID number with them.

MSUFCU

Visit the MSUFCU site to schedule future and reoccurring transfers or make a standard deposit from your MSU Federal Credit Union account.

Walk-in deposits by credit card are accepted at the ID Office at the International Center

Lost or Stolen Card

Sounds like you had a bad day. Don’t worry – we want to help. To deactive Spartan Cash, just log into your Transact eAccount and click “Deactivate” (found in the page footer under “Card Services”), confirm your PID number and click “Deactivate Card.” You can even reactivate your Spartan Cash at a later date if it is found.

Then be sure to visit the MSU ID Office site to report your lost or stolen ID and to deactive the card's other features. To get your replacement ID or to get a damaged ID re-coded, visit the MSU ID Office, room 170 in the International Center.

Access to Spartan Cash Information

Our first priority is making sure you feel secure. This means MSU staff will only give out private information found on the Blackboard eAccount, including balances and transaction histories, to the owner of the MSU ID card connected to the Spartan Cash account. So, parents, guardians and other family and friends – if you’d like access to any of this information, please ask your MSU student for an update.
